Our nutritional analysis service provides formatted nutrition facts panels that are FDA compliant and ready to cut and paste onto your food label design. Our nutrition facts panels are also editable in both Adobe® Illustrator® and Adobe® Photoshop®. Restaurant menu nutrition analysis includes recipe cards for all sub-recipes and menu items with spread sheet data for ease of incorporation into your website and literature. All nutrition analysis is performed by professional food scientists with years of experience in the food industry. Food label consulting for FDA compliance at Food Lab, Inc. is performed by our regulatory experts including attorneys and professors that teach food law and regulations at local universities.

Daniel J. Brooker M.S. CFS is the founder of Food Lab, Inc. servicing over 3,500 clients nationwide with Nutritional Analysis and Expert Food Label FDA Compliance Consulting. As a Certified Food Scientist, he has consulted for major food companies since 1997. Daniel has a Masters Degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Chapman University and a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry from California State University Long Beach. He is also a member of the Institute of Food Technologists and the American Chemical Society. Daniel is also Founder and President of The Lord’s Chips® a non-profit organization to support orphans in Mexico.
